How you opt in

You provide consent to receive text messages from us in one of two ways:

  • By checking the optional SMS consent box on our contact form when you request an estimate, or
  • By calling or texting us first. When you contact us, you agree that we may reply by text about the request you made, including an automated reply if we are unable to answer your call. This is disclosed next to the call buttons on our website.

The consent box on our contact form is optional and unchecked by default. Submitting the form does not require it. When you opt in, you agree to the following: “Roof Right LLC will text you about your roofing request, including estimate and appointment scheduling, reminders, and replies to your call. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Frequency, rates, and opting out

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will receive no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information at the bottom of this page.

Privacy of your mobile information

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent or opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is never included in any information we share with third parties. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
