Messaging Program Description
Roof Right LLC operates an SMS text messaging program for customers and prospective customers who request our roofing services. The program is conversational and transactional: messages relate to a request you initiate with us. We use text messaging to reply to calls and inquiries you start, to schedule and confirm estimates and appointments, to send appointment reminders, and to share updates about your active roofing project. If you call us and we are unable to answer, you may receive an automated text reply inviting you to continue the conversation by message.
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program.
Message Types
This program sends the following types of messages only:
- Conversational / Customer Care — replies to calls and inquiries you start with us, including missed-call follow-ups.
- Transactional / Account Notifications — estimate and appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and updates about your active roofing project.
We do not send promotional, marketing, or advertising messages of any kind.

How to Opt In
You provide consent to receive text messages from us in one of two ways:
- By checking the optional SMS consent box on our contact form when you request an estimate, or
- By calling or texting us first. When you contact us, you agree that we may reply by text about the request you made, including an automated reply if we are unable to answer your call. This is disclosed next to the call buttons on our website.
The consent box on our contact form is optional and unchecked by default. Submitting the form does not require it, and we will still respond to your request if you leave it unchecked.
