Services Overview
This website is operated by Roof Right LLC, a roofing contractor serving Greater Houston, Texas. The site provides information about our roofing services in Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, and Brazoria counties and allows visitors to request free on-site estimates.
SMS Text Messaging Program
Roof Right LLC operates an SMS text messaging program for customers and prospective customers who request our services. Messages are conversational and transactional in nature. They include replies to calls and inquiries you initiate, estimate and appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, and updates about your active project. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program.
This program sends only the following types of messages:
- Conversational and customer care: replies to calls and inquiries you start with us, including missed-call follow-ups.
- Transactional and account notifications: estimate and appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and updates about your active roofing project.
We do not send promotional, marketing, or advertising messages of any kind.
Examples of messages you may receive:
- “Hi, this is Roof Right LLC, sorry we missed your call! Reply here and a team member will help with your roofing request right away. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
- “Thanks for reaching out to Roof Right LLC. We received your estimate request and will follow up shortly to schedule your free on-site inspection. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
You opt in to receive these messages in one of two ways: by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, or by calling or texting us first. When you contact us first, you agree that we may reply by text about the request you made, including an automated reply if we are unable to answer your call. This is disclosed next to the call buttons on our website.
The consent box on our contact form is optional and unchecked by default, and submitting the form does not require it. When you opt in, you agree to the following: “Roof Right LLC will text you about your roofing request, including estimate and appointment scheduling, reminders, and replies to your call. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Text Messaging Terms
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will receive no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information at the bottom of this page. Consenting to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent or opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Roof Right LLC is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by your wireless carrier or device, or for charges imposed by your carrier.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and to submit forms requesting services. By using our website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roof Right LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or any information provided herein. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of this website shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for accessing the site.
